We are offering employees a wonderful benefit that will allow you to pay for eligible expenses (insurance premiums, out-of-pocket medical, and dependent care) on a pre-tax basis, a savings for most of up to 27%.

IMPORTANT: Employees who are participating in a Health Savings Account (HSA) are limited in their participation in this Flexible Spending Account (FSA).  For HSA participants enrolling in the FSA, the "FSA out-of-pocket medical" participation is limited to Dental Expenses, Vision Expenses, and Preventative Rx and Preventative Over-the-Counter expenses.  Other out-of-pocket medical expenses should be submitted under your HSA.  For questions call 800-772-4125

  • Participation limits: $3,500/yr for out-of-pocket medical and $5,000/yr dependent care
  • Eligibility: 90 days of employment for medical and upon-hire for dependent care
  • All completed forms should be faxed to AdvanceHR at 517-321-4526.
